Gurugram, 22 October (Hindustan Reporter). On Tuesday, solution camps were started from 9 am to 11 am in all four zones of Municipal Corporation Gurugram. Among the complaints received, those which can be resolved immediately are being resolved on the spot.
Municipal Corporation Gurugram Commissioner Dr. Narhari Singh Bangar said that these camps were organized in view of the commendable initiative of the Haryana Government. During the resolution camp organized at the Sector-34 office of the Municipal Corporation, he said that a total of 71 complaints were received in the resolution camps organized in all four zones on the first day. Of these, 14 complaints were resolved on the spot, while a time limit has been set for the remaining 57 complaints which require time to resolve. He said that on one hand the Samadhan Shivirs will reduce the distance between the common people and the officials, on the other hand the public grievances will also be resolved within the prescribed time limit.
On behalf of Municipal Corporation Gurugram, a solution camp is being organized in Zone-1 under the chairmanship of DRO Manbir Singh, while in Zone-2 under the chairmanship of Additional Commissioner and CTP Satish Parashar. Similarly, a solution camp is being organized for Zone-3 in the corporation office located in Sector-42 under the chairmanship of Joint Commissioner Suman Bhankhar and for Zone-4 under the chairmanship of Municipal Commissioner Dr. Narhari Singh Bangar in the corporation office located in Sector-34. . In the solution camp organized here, along with the Municipal Commissioner, Additional Municipal Commissioners Dr. Balpreet Singh and Dr. Subhita Dhaka, Chief Engineer Manoj Yadav, Joint Commissioner Akhilesh Yadav were present. In the four Samadhan camps, complaints were received especially related to sewerage and water, property tax data correction, cleanliness and garbage collection, roads, encroachment, parks, street lights etc., for which the Municipal Commissioner gave instructions on the spot to resolve them.
