Ingredients to make Khichdi:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup dal (mug dal or toor dal)
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- salt to taste
- 2 spoons ghee
how to make khichdi
- 1). Wash rice and lentils and soak them in water.
- 2). – Heat ghee in the cooker and add cumin seeds.
- 3). Add rice and dal and add spices and mix.
- 4). Add salt and water to it and cook on low flame.
- 5) Serve hot with curry.

- 1 cup curd
- a small bowl of gram flour
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ginger-chili paste
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- salt to taste
- 2 spoons ghee
- 1 cup water
how to make curry
- 1). – Mix curd and gram flour and make a mixture.
- – Add ginger chilli paste to it and mix well. Filter this mixture.
- 2). – Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add green coriander and garam masala powder and mix.
- Add curd-gram flour mixture and mix.
- Add salt and cook on low flame. your curry is ready
