Nowadays people make Pano by washing the mango, boiling its peel and grinding it finely in a mixer. Cut a peeled mango and put it in a cup of water for boiling. Now add sugar, sandalwood and mint to this mixture and grind it. Mix one liter of cold water in the Sitaphal mixture and filter it. Add black pepper and roasted cumin seeds. Chilled-chilled Raw Mango Panna is ready. Garnish with mint and serve with ice cubes.
