Weather of Gujarat: The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in some areas during the scorching heat in Gujarat. According to IMD forecast, there is a possibility of rain in many parts of Gujarat.
According to the Meteorological Department, there will be heat wave conditions in the state from 8 to 13 April. After that, there may be unseasonal rain in many districts of the state. A Western Disturbance will pass through the hilly areas of North India and is likely to reach Gujarat.
According to IMD, there is a possibility of monsoon arriving in the state from 13 to 16 April. The effect of Mawatha can be seen in many parts of South Gujarat, Saurashtra-Kutch and North Gujarat.
Also, according to Meteorological Department scientist Ramashray Yadav, the weather will remain dry in Gujarat for the next five days. However, there is a possibility of normal rain in Dahod, Chhota Udepur and Narmada on April 10. Also, there is a possibility of rain in Sabarkantha, Banaskantha, Aravali Mahisagar, Dahod, Chhotaudepur and Narmada on April 11.
Also, according to the forecast of meteorologist Ambalal Patel, there will be change in weather in many parts of the country from 12 to 18 April. As a result pre-monsoon activity will begin. Due to which there is a fear of Mawatha in Gujarat.
Parts of East Gujarat, Panchmahal, Sabarkantha, Ahmedabad and parts of Central Gujarat may receive unseasonal rain during April 12 to 18. He also said that the scorching heat will start in the state from April 20. The temperature can reach 43 degrees Celsius in many parts of the state.
It is noteworthy that the Meteorological Department has predicted the maximum heat in April, May and June this year in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, North Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh. At present, due to western disturbance in North India, there has been a slight drop in the temperature in Gujarat, but the temperature will rise again in the coming days.
