  • 2 cups sweet corn
  • 2 onions
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 whole red chilli
  • Half teaspoon turmeric
  • half a cup of cream
  • 1 tsp vegetable masala
  • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
  • a pinch of asafoetida
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
  • half teaspoon cumin seeds
  • salt to taste

  • To make sweet corn syrup, buy a packet of sweet corn from the market.
