GRP caught two accused of stealing luggage and mobile phones of railway passengers in trains

Moradabad, 23 April (HS). Moradabad Government Railway Police in-charge Rajan Sharma said that on Tuesday, two accused of stealing mobile phones and luggage of railway passengers in trains were arrested.

Inspector GRP Rajendra Sharma further said that among the arrested accused, the first accused is Irshad, resident of Rehmat Nagar Karula of Katghar police station and the second accused is Shanu, resident of Jayantipur of Majhola police station. During interrogation, both the accused told that they had stolen the purse of a woman passenger in Shaheed Express on April 1. A mobile phone and Rs 3300 in cash were recovered from the accused. During interrogation, both of them admitted that they steal in trains to fulfill their hobbies.
