Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) has provided a very golden opportunity for the youth preparing for government jobs. This prestigious Navratna public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India has issued advertisement for bumper direct recruitment for various posts. One of the biggest attractions of this recruitment is its excellent salary package. For the posts of Assistant Manager, candidates will get a basic pay scale ranging from Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,40,000 per month under the IDA pay scale. After adding allowances and other facilities, the starting in-hand salary can be around Rs 55,000 to Rs 70,000 per month. On the other hand, the pay scale for the posts of Junior Executive has been fixed at Rs 29,000 to Rs 93,000. Along with the basic salary, many other government benefits like Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Travel Allowance, Contributory Provident Fund (CPF), medical facilities and gratuity are also provided to the employees.
Candidates applying should have Graduation, Post-Graduation or related engineering stream (like BE/B.Tech) from a recognized university as per the post. For the post of Junior Executive (General), it is mandatory to have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with basic knowledge of computer applications and MS Office. Talking about the age limit, the minimum age of general category candidates for these posts has been fixed at 18 years and maximum age is 28 years. However, reserved category candidates will also be provided relaxation in upper age limit as per rules as per government rules.
