PM Narendra Modi reached Kuwait on Saturday on a two-day visit. On reaching Kuwait he was given a very warm welcome. On this occasion, Mahabharata and Ramayana written in Arabic language were presented to PM Modi.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Kuwait on Saturday on a two-day visit. PM Modi was given a warm welcome in Kuwait. PM Modi’s visit to Kuwait is the first visit by an Indian Prime Minister after 43 years. During this visit, PM Modi will meet the Indian diaspora and interact with the Kuwaiti leadership to strengthen India-Kuwaiti friendship. On the invitation of PM Modi, Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has reached Kuwait. At the beginning of the visit, Mahabharata and Ramayana written and published in Arabic language were gifted to PM Modi.
Ramayana and Mahabharata are found in Arabic language
Abdullatif Alnesef, publisher of the book Ramayana and Mahabharata in Arabic, and Abdullah Baron, translator of Ramayana and Mahabharata in Arabic, met PM Narendra Modi in Kuwait City. After the meeting, the book’s publisher Abdulatif Alansef said, “I am very happy, it is an honor for me. PM Modi is very happy with this. These books are very important. Both the books have been signed by Prime Minister Modi. These are precious moments of his life, which will always remain with him. On this occasion, PM Modi honored Abdullatif Elensef and Abdullah Baron and signed their book. PM Modi said that he has done very good work.

PM Modi was given a warm welcome upon reaching Kuwait. Upon his arrival, Modi was welcomed by Sheikh Fahd Youssef Saud Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister of Kuwait, Minister of Defense and Interior.
