Grand tableau and procession organized on the 92nd birth anniversary of Baba Ganinatha | News India

Saharsa, August 30 (HS). The 92nd birth anniversary of Shri Shri 108 Baba Ganinatha Govind was celebrated with great pomp on Friday. On this occasion, a grand tableau and procession was taken out from Kala Bhavan located in the city's Super Bazaar. The tableau centered on Baba Ganinatha Govind ji remained the center of attraction for the citizens. The procession and tableau taken out on the birth anniversary celebration passed through the main roads of the city and reached Balhadih temple where a two-day fair has been organized. The long queue of devotees participating in the procession remained for about two kilometers.

After reaching the temple premises, the grand tableau transformed into a religious gathering and function. The function was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by State President of Vaishya Samaj Raviranjan Gupta, former President of All India Madhyadeshiya Vaishya Samaj Sitaram Sah, Director of Surya Clinic and famous surgeon Dr Vijay Shankar, District President of Vaishya Mahasabha Ramakrishna Sah alias Mohan Sah, JDU Extremely Backward Cell President Devendra Kumar Dev, BJP District Minister Rajiv Ranjan Sah, LJP leader Sarita Paswan jointly.

On the occasion, the state president said that there is a need to imbibe the life of Baba Ganinatha, only then will the society prosper. Dr. Vijay Shankar said that there is no lack of talent in our society. If the youth are encouraged in the field of education, then the meritorious children of this society will develop and the children will be identified and given financial help.

He said that he will always be one step ahead with body, mind and money for the proper development of the temple. District President Mohan Sah welcomed the visiting guests by garlanding and draping shawls on them and said that today with your support the first phase of the basic construction of the temple has been completed. Painting and tiles have been laid. But the decoration and grandeur is yet to be given. A program of Bhajan Sandhya was organized in the evening.
