Saharsa, 05 October (Hindustan Reporter). The inaugural ceremony of the two-day long cluster level Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat and Art Utsav by Barauni Sankul was concluded on Saturday at PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya Saharsa.
The function started with the lighting of the lamp on the statue of Mother Saraswati by the chief guest Vaibhav Choudhary, District Officer.
