Saharanpur, June 16 (HS). The closing ceremony of the 15-day (01 June to 16 June 2024) Sangh Shiksha Varg (School) being conducted for the all-round development of volunteers under the aegis of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Meerut Province was organized at Saraswati Vihar Senior Secondary School.
In the ceremony, the students welcomed the guests by singing swagat pranam and playing the Ghosh. After the flag hoisting, they did Guru Vandan by circumambulating the flag. After that, all the religious leaders and other dignitaries present in the audience gallery, including the Presidential Medal winner Pujniya Devi Sudeeksha Saraswati Ji, were stunned to see the demonstration of Ghosh formation, exercise yogasana, dand yuddha, dand yoga, dand khel, gan samta, niyuddha etc.
Uday ji won everybody's heart by singing the solo song 'We have to rebuild the nation's temple by offering every bit of love of our heart to the idol of God'.
The chief guest of the program was President's Medal winner Pujniya Ms Devi Sudiksha Saraswati. While addressing the closing ceremony, the chief guest said that all the students are living in this scorching heat leaving their families and those who have made arrangements for food, salute to such officers, volunteers and mothers and sisters. We have no hesitation in saying that all the students here are ascetics. She narrated a couplet quoted in Ramcharitmanas that Lord Ram while addressing his Ayodhya residents said that such volunteers who follow discipline while controlling mind and body are very dear to me. Devi Sudiksha expressed the hope that the entire society would have got inspiration from this program.
In his address, the main speaker of the closing program, Arun Jain (All India Co-Promotion Chief, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) said that the country is celebrating the 350th anniversary of the coronation of Maharaj Shivaji, when Hindu Empire Day is celebrated. No one was ever discriminated against in the kingdom of such a Maharaj Shivaji. Arun ji also told that the country is celebrating the 300th birth anniversary of Devi Ahilyabai, who had built/reconstructed about 11000 temples. In 1893, at the World Religion Conference in Chicago, Swami Vivekananda introduced the goodwill of his Hindu religion in just 2 minutes in the religious introduction program and hoisted the flag of the superiority of Hinduism and proved that only Hinduism is the world religion and human religion. Arun ji discussed in detail the work done by the Sangh and the volunteers in the service of Mother India from the inception of the Sangh till today.
Many regional and provincial officials including Shakumbhari University Vice Chancellor Hriday Narayan Singh, Swami Dipankar, District Officer Dinesh Chandra, SSP Dr. Vipin Tadan and about 3500 other distinguished brothers and sisters were present in the closing ceremony.
