Haridwar, 29 November (HS). In the 11th convocation of Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Governor of Uttarakhand, Lieutenant General Gurmeet Singh (Retd.) honored Dr. Chinmay Pandya, Pro Vice Chancellor of Dev Sanskriti University, with the honorary degree of D.Litt.
Dr. Pandya, the youth representative of All World Gayatri Parivar, was given this honor for his contributions in various fields.
