Barmer, 30 September (Hindustan Reporter). The health of a female teacher of a government school in Nehru Nagar area of the city suddenly deteriorated on Sunday night. After eating food, she was watching mobile with her husband. Suddenly he started having hiccups. The husband took her to the hospital, where the doctors declared her dead.
After receiving the information, police reached the spot. The teacher's body was kept in the hospital mortuary. Police is taking further action based on the report. The female teacher was working in Agaur Barmer School, a colony of Meghwals, for five years. According to the police, Priyanka Sharma (32), resident of Dholpur district, wife of Yogendra Kumar was a teacher at Government Higher Secondary School, Meghwalo Ki Basti School. She was living in a rented house with her husband and mother-in-law in the street near Nehru Nagar GRP police station of Barmer city. After having dinner on Sunday night, the family members were talking among themselves. Were looking at mobile together. Suddenly Priyanka started having hiccups and her health deteriorated. Husband Yogendra brought Priyanka to Barmer Hospital. Priyanka died during treatment there. On receiving the information, Kotwali police reached the spot. The body was kept in the hospital mortuary at night.
SDM Veeramaram said that information was received about the death of a government teacher. Based on the report of family members, a case has been registered and investigation has been started. The body has been handed over to the relatives after postmortem. Kotwali police is investigating the entire matter. The woman's family members said- Teacher Priyanka Sharma was married three years ago. She was posted in Barmer for the last five years. She was living in Barmer since summer holidays. Her husband is preparing for REET exam.
