LPG cylinder consumers in Rajasthan will once again get relief from today. In many states including Rajasthan, LPG cylinder consumers will continue to get a discount of Rs 300 for one year from today.
The Narendra Modi government at the Center had announced that a discount of Rs 300 will be given on domestic LPG cylinders during the financial year 2024-25. However, such relaxation has been given by the government earlier also.
It was being told that such exemption would last till March 31, 2024. Now the Narendra Modi government at the Center has extended it till March 31, 2025. It has been implemented from today.
Let us tell you that the benefit of discount of Rs 300 on LPG domestic cylinder is given only to the customers covered under Ujjwala scheme. People associated with Ujjwala scheme can avail its benefits till 31 March 2025.
