Buying and selling of land is happening rapidly in all the cities of India. The government has made two documents mandatory to prevent fraud during this buying and selling. Apart from this, this system has been implemented in the whole country.
According to reports, the government has implemented a new rule during the purchase and sale of land, under which the seller of the land will have to show his PAN card or Form No. 16. Along with this, the buyer will also have to submit a copy of his PAN card and Aadhaar number.
Let us tell you that the government had implemented this system in the year 2023 itself. With this system, no one will be able to sell the land of another person. Also, in case of fraud, the seller of the land can be identified with the help of Aadhar card.
These 2 documents are necessary for buying and selling of land
1. The person selling the land will have to submit a copy of his PAN card or Form No. 16.
2. For the registration of the land, the buyer will also have to submit a copy of his PAN card and Aadhaar card.
Keep these things in mind while buying land
1. Check the title deed.
2. Check the sales bill.
Check the tax receipt.
4. Check the mortgaged land.
