Government Jobs- There is a golden opportunity for 12th pass to get a government job. Punjab and Haryana High Court has invited applications for 300 vacant posts of peon. Therefore, the last date to apply is 20 September. You can apply by visiting the website of Punjab and Haryana High Court https://highcourtchd.gov.in/.
Recruitment will be based on written test and physical test. Online applications for this recruitment have started from 25th August. According to the notification, out of 300 vacancies of peon, 243 posts are for general category candidates. While there are 30 posts for SC/ST/BC and 15 posts for ex-servicemen.
Age limit for recruitment
The age limit of the candidates for the recruitment of Peon in Punjab and Haryana High Court is 18 to 35 years. Disabled candidates will get 10 years relaxation equal to defense service and three years relaxation to ex-servicemen.

: General and SC/ST/BC candidates of other states – Rs 700
SC/ST and BC candidates of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh – Rs 600
Ex-servicemen – Rs.600 Disabled candidates – Rs.600
Selection Process
For recruitment, first there will be a written exam of 100 marks. In which 50 multiple choice questions will be asked. These questions will be related to general knowledge, general awareness, current affairs and numerical ability.
The question paper will be in both Hindi and English. You will get 90 minutes for this. To pass the exam, general category candidates will have to score 50 percent marks and other category candidates will have to score 45 percent marks.
Physical Test
After the written exam, there will also be a physical test. In which there will be 800 meter race, high jump and long jump competitions. See the notification for more information.
