Lucknow, 4 October (Hindustan Reporter). State Labor and Employment Coordination Minister Anil Rajbhar on Friday listened to the problems of the workers at the labor base located at Ahimamau Square, Sultanpur Road, Lucknow and interacted with the workers.
The Minister made them aware about the various welfare schemes run by the Uttar Pradesh Government for the welfare of the workers and motivated them to get themselves registered in the Labor Department. During the meeting, he said that the purpose of the meeting is to listen to the problems of the workers and take effective steps to solve them, the state government is determined for the upliftment of the workers. Various schemes are being run by the government for the welfare of workers and their families. There is a need for workers to become aware and come forward to avail the benefits of their welfare schemes. He said that if you walk one step, the government will follow you a hundred steps.
Anil Rajbhar assured the workers that the state government is fully committed to protecting their interests. He said that the government is working on many new schemes to improve the condition of workers. Besides, new skill development programs are also being started to provide better employment opportunities to the workers. The minister also said that protecting the rights of workers and ensuring their welfare are among the top priorities of the government.
