You can start using Gemini by saying 'Hey Google'.
Using the Gemini App
Similar to OpenAI's ChatGPT, you can use the Gemini app which can help you draft messages, write e-mails, analyze photos and upload files, and ask related questions. The chatbots can also search the Internet for information on your behalf and are integrated with various Google services such as Gmail and Maps.
Powered by Gemini 1.0 Pro, the free-to-use AI chatbot also offers a paid option that gives access to Gemini Advanced based on Gemini 1.5 Pro, an advanced large language model with a 1 million token context window. According to the tech giant, Gemini 1.5 Pro will be able to understand large amounts of information “from long documents and emails to hours of videos and extensive codebases” in the near future. The company also announced that it is rolling out Gemini to Google Messages in English for Indian users.
