Good news has been received early in the morning on the first day of the new month. Oil companies have given some relief on this rising inflation. The price of gas cylinders has been reduced. From July 1, it has been reduced by Rs 30. However, this reduction is for commercial cylinders.
Gas cylinder prices have come down from July 1 , However, this relief has been given in commercial cylinders i.e. 19 kg bottles. However, there has been no change in the prices of domestic gas cylinders. This reduced price per cylinder will benefit those who use commercial gas cylinders i.e. restaurant owners, dhaba owners. They will now get a bottle cheaper by Rs 30. Oil companies have not made any change in the prices of domestic gas cylinders.
How did gas become cheaper?
From July 1, 2024, the price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder has come down from Rs 3 to Rs 31. The price of this bag has been reduced by Rs 30 in Delhi and Rs 31 in Kolkata, Chennai and Mumbai. After this reduction, commercial cylinder will be available in Delhi for Rs 1646 instead of Rs 1676. Whereas in Kolkata it will be available for Rs 1756, in Chennai for Rs 1809.50 and in Mumbai for Rs 1598. Similarly, commercial cylinder will be available in Patna for Rs 1915.5 and in Ahmedabad for Rs 1665.
Talking about the 14.2 kg domestic gas cylinder, it is available in Delhi for Rs 803, in Kolkata for Rs 826, in Mumbai for Rs 802 and in Chennai for Rs 818. People are hoping that soon they will get some relief from this expensive gas cylinder.
