The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission conducted a physical efficiency test of women candidates in the Police Line on Monday for the recruitment of Deputy Inspector Civil Police, Intelligence, Fire Officer II, Platoon Commander under the recruitment of Fire Officer II.
The physical efficiency test will be conducted in the police line from September 2 to September 18. 10455 female candidates will participate in it. On the first day, Monday, out of 700 female candidates, a total of 214 female candidates appeared in the physical efficiency test. Out of these, 147 candidates passed the physical efficiency test.
Candidates will not be allowed to carry any item inside the recruitment site
SDRF Commandant Manikant Mishra instructed the officers and employees appointed for the physical examination to perform their duties with caution. He informed that mobile phones are completely prohibited for the candidates inside the recruitment venue. It is mandatory for the candidates to bring the admit card, original copy of identity card (Aadhar card, passport, voter ID, driving license) and a self-attested photocopy. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination center without the admit card. Commander Manikant informed that after the physical measurement in the battalion premises, there will be a test of long jump, ball throw, chin-up and sit-ups.
Route change of Jolly Grant Airport for one hour in the afternoon till 24 September
The commander said that a five kilometer race will be organized every day from September 2 to 24 between 2 pm to 3 pm. In such a situation, to avoid any inconvenience to the general public, he has appealed to use Dehradun-Bhaniyawala-Jollygrant (main road) or Thano-PNB Tiraha Bhaniyawala-Jollygrant Airport route for commuting on the Jollygrant Airport route between 2 pm to 3 pm.
The prescribed route for the candidates to run in the examination:
Route to go- Starting from the SDRF Corps main gate towards Thano road-Jungalat Chowki-Kudiyal Village Cut-Bhuiyaan Temple. Route to come- Return from Bhuiyaan Temple-Kudiyal Village Cut-Jungalat Chowki- From the SDRF Corps main gate inside the Corps premises.
Candidates should appear on time with admit card
Necessary instructions have been given for Uttarakhand Civil Police and Intelligence Sub Inspector, Gulmanayak (PAC-IRB) and Fire Officer Second Officer Recruitment Examination. It is mandatory for the candidate to be present at the recruitment examination center at the prescribed time. After this, entry will not be given in the test center. Candidates should not bring any kind of energy drink with them. Entry of family members of the candidates is prohibited inside the recruitment center. Any kind of request regarding change in the date and time of Physical Eligibility Test-Physical Efficiency Test will not be accepted. Such candidates who have claimed relaxation in physical measurement in the online application, the said candidate should ensure to be present at the center with the original copy and self-attested photocopy of the certificate related to the determination for relaxation in physical measurement. In case of not submitting the certificate, no relaxation in physical measurement will be given to the candidate. The candidate should keep the admit card safe for future correspondence. The police personnel deployed at the examination center will search and verify the admit card and photo identity card of the candidates.
Important instructions for the candidates
Candidates should also make it clear that once the race starts, it will not be stopped due to rain or any other reason. Physical measurement and physical efficiency test will be conducted at the beginning. Only after passing it, the physical efficiency test of the candidates will be conducted. Candidates should check that they are physically healthy. The Commission will not be responsible for any medical difficulty or health related problem due to any disease or other reason. Also bring a declaration that they consider themselves healthy for this examination and if any health related difficulty arises during the test, the candidate himself will take responsibility for it. Such candidates who have not claimed category, sub-category, caste, exemption etc. in their online application form and submit the certificate related to the above at the examination center, then such candidates will not be provided the benefits related to the above. Such candidates whose documents are in DigiLocker will also provide photocopies of those certificates. Candidates must bring two passport size photographs.
