Among precious metals, gold prices continued to rise again on Friday. 24-carat gold prices in India rose by Rs 110 to Rs 77,560 per 10 grams on October 4 compared to the previous session. The price of 22 carat gold was also seen trading at Rs 71,100 per 10 grams, up by Rs 100 compared to the previous session. Thus, the price of 18 carat gold has increased by Rs 80 to Rs 58,170 per 10 grams. There was no change in silver prices today. Silver is trading at yesterday's level of Rs 95 thousand per kg.

Gold futures for Friday, December 5 were seen 0.17 per cent higher at Rs 76,370 per 10 grams at 10:16 am on the Multi Commodity Exchange. Similarly, on December 5, the future price of silver was trading at Rs 93,249 per kg with an increase of 0.29 percent.
Gold became costlier by Rs 1100 in just 10 days
According to the information, in the last 10 days the price of gold in the country has increased by Rs 1100 per 10 grams. Earlier on September 24, 2024, the price of 22 carat gold was Rs 70 thousand per 10 grams, which has reached Rs 71,100 per 10 grams today.
