Gold Silver Price 9 September 2024: Gold and silver prices fell in the national capital on Monday following cues from global markets. The price of gold per 10 grams in Delhi rose by Rs 700 to Rs 73,500.
At the same time, the price of silver has jumped by Rs 2,000 to Rs 83,800 per kg, while earlier it was running at Rs 85,800. Weak demand from local jewelers and falling prices in foreign markets affected the domestic markets.
Gold on Comex fell 0.07 percent to $2,522.90 an ounce. The bullion market was impacted by the possibility of interest rate cuts by the US Federal Reserve after the United States employment data was overall mixed.
Gold and silver prices fell sharply in Ahmedabad. The price of silver per kg in Ahmedabad fell by Rs 1,000 from Rs 84,000 to Rs 83,000. While the price of Ahmedabad gold (99.9) 10 grams fell from Rs 74,300 to Rs 73,800 by Rs 500 and the price of Ahmedabad gold (99.5) 10 grams fell from Rs 74,100 to Rs 73,600 by Rs 500.
