The contract was trading higher by Rs 167 at Rs 71,721. It touched an intraday high of Rs 71,729 and an intraday low of Rs 71,685. This year, the gold futures price touched an all-time high of Rs 74,442.
Silver futures opened strong today. The benchmark silver July contract on MCX opened higher by Rs 404 at Rs 88,286 today. The contract was trading higher by Rs 540 at Rs 88,422. It touched an intraday high of Rs 88,437 and intraday low of Rs 88,278. This year, silver futures touched an all-time high of Rs 96,493.
