The advantage of this feature is that you get more time to undo the mail. For this, you just have to go to Gmail settings and select the period as per your convenience.
1. First of all open the Gmail app on laptop or desktop.
2. Tap Settings next to the profile icon in the top bar.
3. Now click on See all settings.
4. Scroll down and select the time as per your requirement in the Undo Send section.
5. If you set it to 30 seconds, you will get the option to recall the sent mail at the same time.
6. Now scroll down and submit. Your settings are complete.
Editing facility
Once you unsend the mail, you will get the option to edit it or add new content before sending it again. There are several other options available here as well.
