For the Upma
– Two cups raw
– 4 cups buttermilk (diluted)
– Two green chillies
– an onion
– One teaspoon urad dal
– Salt
– Oil
– Rye
– Leaves of the Neem tree
– Some cashews
Green chutney
– 25 grams of coconut flour
– Two green chillies
-Two pieces of ginger
-seven cloves of garlic
– half bunch of green coriander
– Salt in proportion
For the layer
– 100 grams of green peas
– Two teaspoons dry coconut powder
– One teaspoon coriander
– Half teaspoon garam masala
– half bunch of green coriander
– Salt
– Oil
– A little asafoetida
– a pinch of sugar

Take a pan and fry the rava in it on low flame till it turns brown. – Put oil in a vessel, when it is hot, add mustard seeds, urad dal and neem leaves, chop the onion. When it turns brown, add buttermilk to it. – When it boils, add rava, salt and finely chopped green chilies. Slow down the gas. If the rava is cooked, add cashews to it, stir and remove. Boil the peas. – Put oil in a pan, when it is hot, add some asafoetida, add peas. – Add salt, a pinch of sugar, garam masala, green coriander and coconut and take it out. Finely chop the green coriander, wash and dry it. – Before applying oil to the oven tray, put half the filling in it and spread the chutney over it. Put a layer of peas on it. Again the remaining upma pathari devi. Bake in a preheated oven. Serve with green chutney. This kind of breakfast will make your morning special and you will feel healthy.
