Giriraj Mukut Mukhar Bind's servant absconded with more than one crore rupees of the temple

Mathura, July 31 (HS). A sevayat of Giriraj Mukut Mukhar Bind temple of Govardhan police station and town absconded with more than one crore rupees instead of depositing it in the bank.

According to the temple management, the current contractor of Dasvisa went to the bank to deposit Rs 1 crore 9 lakh 37 thousand 200 in the temple's bank account in Union Bank of India, Govardhan, but instead of depositing the amount in the bank account, the contractor Dinesh Chandra, son of Girdhari Lal, a resident of Dasvisa Brahmanan Govardhan, has fled with the money.

In this case, the temple manager Chand Vinod Kaushik has filed a case of breach of trust against him in Govardhan police station on Wednesday evening. The police is investigating the entire matter.

It is worth mentioning that during the Mudia Purnima fair held in Govardhan, the contract for the month of July was given to temple sevayat Dinesh Chandra. After the contract period was over, on 29th July, the manager of temple sevayat receiver committee, Chandra Vinod Kaushik, along with Vanshilal, went to the Union Bank of India branch in Govardhan to deposit one crore nine lakh 37 thousand 200 rupees. During this time, while going to the bank, Dinesh Chandra suddenly disappeared from the way with a bag full of money. Chandra Vinod Kaushik informed temple receiver Kapil Chaturvedi about this. On the order of the temple receiver, manager Chandra Vinod Kaushik on Wednesday lodged a complaint against the accused sevayat Dinesh Chandra, resident of Dasvisa Govardhan, in Govardhan police station and registered a case of breach of trust.

Additional Superintendent of Police Triguna Bisen said that a case has been registered against Sevayat Dinesh Chandra on the complaint of the manager of Mansi Ganga Mukut Mukharvind Temple. Action will be taken after investigation. Strict action will be taken against the culprit soon.

CO Govardhan Alok said that CCTV footage is being scanned to find out where the accused went. The location of the accused's phone is also being traced. According to the complaint, the accused fled with the money after seeing the large amount.
