GDA Secretary inspected seven integrated societies, instructions to remove shortcomings

Ghaziabad, May 12 (Hindustan Reporter) Ghaziabad Development Authority Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh is also in action mode these days. Despite Sunday holiday, he inspected seven integrated societies. He gave instructions to remove the shortcomings found during the inspection. Rajesh Singh reached Crossing CIPL, Ansal, Aditya World, Utility, Jaipuria, Samag and Shoryapuram and inspected closely.

He held a meeting with the Resident Welfare Association at SAM Residency and heard their problems. He told that there was a problem with the gate which is their main exit on the outer side, away from the crossing, where they have to take a blind turn. It was also inspected. Solutions were also discussed.

For further action, the RWAs of SAM Residency will hold a meeting with the representatives of CIPL's RWAs and the representatives of those who have built the SAM Residency and the GDA and get the problems resolved one by one.

GDA Secretary said that the main road of Aditya World City was also seen at the spot. This route which is going 45 meters inside the road from NH 09. Many commercial constructions took place on his left hand side in the last two months. Due to this construction in future there will be jam on this road. Whatever townships are being developed in the future, we will have to face the problem of traffic jam at the entrance itself. Regarding this, the concerned in-charge of Zone 5 was directed to take immediate action on this. It has been directed by the Vice President that a proposal should be submitted for action against those employees who are involved in this. Unauthorized commercial construction should be removed immediately. Prima facie there appears to be involvement of regional personnel. Recommendation will be made for suspension and departmental action.
