Indian cricket team coach Gautam Gambhir has suffered a big shock. A Delhi court has ordered a fresh investigation into the case of defrauding flat buyers. Also, the order of acquittal of Gautam Gambhir and other accused has been cancelled. Special judge Vishal Gogane set aside the magistrate court's order acquitting Gautam Gambhir and others. He said that these allegations are enough to further investigate the role of Gautam Gambhir.

In fact, flat buyers had filed a fraud case against real estate companies Rudra Buildwell Realty Pvt Ltd, HR Infracity Pvt Ltd, UM Architecture and Contractors Ltd and Gautam Gambhir. Gautam Gambhir was the director and brand ambassador of the joint venture.

Let us tell you that in the year 2011, a project named 'Sera Bela' was promoted and advertised in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, whose name was changed to 'Pavo Real' in 2013. However, the complainants say that they booked the flats after seeing advertisements and brochures and paid between Rs 6 lakh and Rs 16 lakh. Despite this, no infrastructure or development work has been done on the plot. Even when this complaint was filed in 2016, there was no development.

Gautam Gambhir was the only accused who had direct contact with the directors as a brand ambassador, the judge said. Although he was later acquitted, the Magistrate Court ordered Rudra Buildwell Realty Pvt. Ltd. No reference was made to the payment of Rs 6 crore and receipt of Rs 4.85 crore by the Limited Company. The court said that it is necessary to clarify whether any part of the fraudulent amount has reached Gambhir's hands. According to the court, Gambhir was also involved in financial transactions with the company apart from his role as brand ambassador.
