Garlic pickle is an important part of the daily diet in our house. Without garlic, pulses and vegetables do not taste good. Therefore, any recipe seems incomplete without it. But have you ever eaten garlic pickle? Today we have brought its recipe for you.

Ingredients for making garlic pickle:

1.5 cup garlic cloves, 1/2 cup mustard oil, 2 teaspoon fennel, 1 teaspoon yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon black mustard, 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon asafoetida, 1 teaspoon vinegar

Method to make Garlic Pickle:

To make garlic pickle, first take 1.5 cups of garlic. Peel the garlic cloves and wash them with clean water. Then keep the garlic to dry in the sun. After some time, rub the garlic cloves up and down with your hands so that their moisture comes out and they dry thoroughly. Keep in mind that there should be no water left in the garlic. Now we will prepare the masala for garlic pickle. To make the masala, take 2 teaspoons fennel, 1 teaspoon yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon black mustard and 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds. Now put all these ingredients in a mixer or mortar and grind them.

Now heat 1/2 cup mustard oil in a pan. When the oil becomes slightly hot, add ground spices to it. Then stir it with a ladle. After this, add 1 teaspoon ground red chilli, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon asafoetida. Then mix it well. Then add dry garlic to it and add salt as per taste. Turn off the gas. When it cools completely, add 1 teaspoon vinegar to it. Now your garlic pickle is ready. Fill it in some container and keep it.
