Lucknow, 01 April (HS). Police Commissioner Court on Monday issued an order to confiscate the property worth more than Rs 3 crore 11 lakh of gangster Dheeraj Dev.
Accused Dheeraj Kumar Dev, living in Greenwood Apartment of Gomti Nagar Extension, used to earn money by luring businessmen into his net under a conspiracy in the name of getting tenders. Through this he has made wealth worth crores in the name of himself and his family. When any businessman opposed him, he was threatened with life and property, after which no one could raise his voice against him.
Two cases have been registered against him in Hazratganj police station. The police have now started the process of confiscating his property.
