Dawood Ibrahim News : Four ancestral properties of notorious fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim were auctioned by SAFEMA authority. The reserve price of the property was set at Rs 15,440 by the authority, but Delhi resident Ajay Srivastava made the highest bid of Rs 2.01 crore for the property. Now it is being told that he has not yet deposited the first installment of 25 percent of the auction amount.
I asked for time from Safema: Ajay Srivastava
Regarding this, Ajay Srivastava said that I have informed SAFEMA about the delay and they have given me time because it is a huge amount for which I am gambling. Soon the funds will be arranged and paid to SAFEMA. I have also won the auction of the second plot, payment has been made and next week I will complete the remaining formalities of property transfer.
Allot me a plot, who demanded this?
Ajay has not even deposited 25 percent of the first installment of the auction. After this, lawyer Bhupendra Kumar Bhardwaj, who made the second highest bid in this auction, contacted the SAFEMA authority and demanded to allot the plot in his name. He bid about Rs 1.5 lakh for this plot. The lawyer demanded action against Srivastava, saying that he had wasted SAFEMA's time. If I do the same after the plot is allotted, then action should be taken against me also. The disputed property of gangster Dawood Ibrahim was the smallest of the four ancestral properties of Dawood. This plot is located in Mumbke village of Ratnagiri district, Maharashtra. Which is the ancestral village of Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar.
