Furor due to power cut in Forbesganj-Araria, electricity department is not picking up the phone.

Forbesganj/Araria, 21 May (Hindustan Reporter). These days in Araria-Forbisganj, electricity goes missing not for 15 to 20 minutes but for three to four hours and for information about this, when consumers want to register their complaint on the number 1912 of Electricity Board, the complaint is not registered here. .

When the consumers try to find out about the power cut in the respective zone of the electricity department, even the officials here do not pick up the phone, that is why the anger of the city residents is continuously increasing against the electricity department, which is currently spreading on social media also. Clearly visible.

Anna Rai, a resident of Forbesganj, said that during this time of summer, the day temperature remains at 40 degrees and the night temperature also increases, but in such a situation, the electricity department is increasing our problems by repeatedly cutting power. Today the electricity which was cut at 1.30 in the afternoon came back at 6 in the evening.

Bijli's winking continues. Light has been missing in Forbesganj urban area for several hours, for which I made repeated calls to the responsible people and in every possible way, but no one lost sleep.

Diwakar, a resident of Araria, said that there are unannounced power cuts, due to which he is facing problems in such scorching heat. Govind Rai of Forbesganj is also troubled by power cut. Who said that the electricity department of Forbesganj, JEE and Forbesganj Pawar House were called several times, but neither does anyone pick up the phone at Pawar House, nor is JEE ready to pick up the phone, nor is any complaint being lodged on 1912.

Similarly, the condition of electricity is bad in the panchayats around Forbesganj. Dev Kumari says that electricity is getting weaker in the houses since night. When this was complained to the JE of the department, he washed his hands off the matter by saying that the complaint should be lodged. When the complaint number was not answered, an SMS was also sent to that number at nine in the morning, to which no reply was received. This clearly shows that the employees are not at all serious about the problems of the common people.

When we went to the electricity office of Forbesganj to talk about this, neither the officer nor the JEE sir were seen. Electricity department officials and employees hesitate even in picking up people's calls. The mobile phones issued for complaining or giving information in the department are never answered. Due to which people have to face a lot of difficulty in giving information to the department in case of any incident or accident.
