The last month of the year 2024, December, has started. With its launch, there are many deadlines which are being talked about. There are many deadlines in this month, from income tax to Aadhaar update (Free Aadhaar Update). Let us know what are the deadlines in this month, so that you do not miss them.
1- advance tax
Advance tax is paid 4 times a year. Those who come under the ambit of advance tax will have to file their advance tax by December 15, otherwise they will have to pay penalty and interest.
2- Deferred Income Tax
If you have not filed ITR for the previous financial year, you have time till December 31 to file delayed ITR.
3- Free Aadhaar Update
If you want to make any free update in your Aadhaar card by going to MyAadhaar portal, then you have time till 14th December for this. After this you will have to go to the Aadhaar center to change the information in your Aadhaar and also pay some fees.
4- Time limit of special FD
If you want to invest money in Utsav FD for 300 days, 375 days, 444 days or 700 days, then you will have to do this before December 31. Punjab and Sindh Bank is offering many special FDs for different tenures. The deadline to invest in these is 31st December.
5- Change in Axis Bank Credit Card
Axis Bank has made some changes in the credit card terms. These new changes will come into effect from December 20.
