Free education of foreign languages ​​will be available in nine districts of the state including Jhansi

Jhansi, July 12 (HS). Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) has taken a unique initiative to provide training in foreign languages ​​to students of Jhansi district, Lucknow, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Azamgarh, Ayodhya, Prayagraj and Banda districts. The objective of this program is to make students and professionals proficient in French, Spanish and German languages, so that they can add a new qualification to their profile and advance in their career and get new employment opportunities in the country and abroad.

This training will be given by expert faculty of English and Foreign Languages ​​University, Lucknow, the entire expense of which will be borne by UP Skill Development Mission. Training sessions will be organized in all these districts, the total duration of which will be 192 hours. These will be conducted on weekends.

Chief Development Officer Junaid Ahmad said that this program is specially designed for students and professionals who want to enhance their language skills outside of their regular working hours. This includes graduate students of engineering, tourism and hospitality management, and nursing and healthcare professionals seeking employment in French-speaking countries such as France and Canada.

Expert faculty of the university will visit the districts to conduct training sessions. Through this, students and professionals will get more employment opportunities and their skills will also increase. In the first phase, it is being started in 09 districts, but if the demand increases, such courses can be conducted in other districts as well. The Chief Development Officer said that in view of the limited availability of seats, this initiative is being started initially in 09 districts including Jhansi district. To be a part of this, interested students and professionals can register online by visiting the UPSDM portal (upsdm.gov.in). He requested to encourage the students of the concerned institutions of his district to take advantage of this golden opportunity, so that they can get trained in foreign languages ​​​​free of cost without spending any money or paying fees and make their future bright. The Chief Development Officer also directed to widely publicize this scheme so that more and more students can register themselves for foreign language training.
