Fraud of Rs 1 lakh 20 thousand in the name of D.El.Ed certificate, accused of demanding extortion of Rs 5 lakh

Lab technician Akhilesh Kumar of Sonavarsha Raj Hospital of the district took a fake certificate by post of Rs 1 lakh 20 thousand from Shivam Kumar, son of Mithilesh Bhagat, resident of Pahalam of Banma Ithari block, in the name of getting D.El.Ed done. Has been sent. When pressure was applied to return the money, the lab technician instead filed an application at Banma Ithari police station. Student Shivam Kumar and his relatives have been accused of demanding extortion of Rs 5 lakh, which the victim student also disclosed by filing an application at Banma Ithari police station. Has been disclosed. However, both the cases are being thoroughly investigated by the police. After which assurance has been given that appropriate action will be taken.

Shivam Kumar, son of Mithlesh Bhagat, a resident of Pahalaam village of Banma Ithari police station area, who was accused of demanding extortion, has applied to the police. Told that his mother Seema Kumari was the warden of Kasturba Vidyalaya. Rupam Kumari, wife of lab technician Akhilesh Kumar, was a teacher in the same school. During this time I got to know Akhilesh Kumar. After this, Akhilesh took a total of Rs 1 lakh 20 thousand from me in the name of getting my D.El.Ed done, which was transferred to my mother's account and was also given in cash.

Akhilesh Kumar, son of Jagdish Pandit, resident of Sharma Chowk of Bakhtiyarpur police station area, despite taking all the money from me, the money was not deposited in the college. Due to which I did not get the certificate. After this I started asking for money from Akhilesh. Then he kept avoiding me for about four years. When pressure was applied to return the money, the fake certificate was registered from Sonavarsharaj by post office to my house. Here it is known that Akhilesh Kumar, a staff working as a lab technician in Sonvarsharaj PHC, has filed an application in Banma Itahari police station, accusing Shivam Kumar, a resident of Pahalaam, of demanding extortion of Rs 5 lakh by giving two unknown mobile numbers. In this regard, Police Station Head Jyotish Kumar said that both the applications are being investigated by the police. If the certificate is proved to be fake, he will be arrested and sent to jail.
