Hardoi, 19 October (Hindustan Reporter). In the case of a liquor shop being operated by cheating the Excise Department, the District Excise Officer has filed a report against three on charges of fraud. The license of the shop has also been suspended.
District Excise Officer Kunwar Pal Singh said on Saturday that a country liquor shop was operating in Bannapur near Lonar turn of Sursa block. Director Vimal Kumar deposited fake FD as security. Shop operator Vimal Kumar is a resident of Shuklapur Bhagat of Madhauganj police station area. He is running a country liquor shop in the Excise Department since 2020-21 near Bannapur Lonar Mor. When the FD was examined in the year 2020-21 as security deposited in the office, it was found to be fake.
Even in the case of fraud, the FD made in 2022 was made by Kuldeep Aggarwal. The FD which was made in 2021 was made by Rajkumar Aggarwal. Investigation has found that this FD was later closed on different dates. A case is already registered against Kuldeep and Rajkumar for forging fake FD receipts. And they are absconding.
