Terrorist attack: Another terrorist attack took place in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir last night. After the attack, an encounter has started between the terrorists and the army. This is the fourth encounter in Jammu and Kashmir in the last three days. Let us tell you that this is the second encounter in Doda area since last few days. A soldier was injured in the encounter that took place earlier. On June 9, terrorists attacked pilgrims in Reasi, in which 9 people were killed. Apart from this, an encounter also took place between security forces and terrorists in Kathua area.

Earlier, a terrorist hiding in a border village in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua district was killed by security forces on Wednesday in an operation that lasted more than 15 hours. Meanwhile, another terrorist was also killed. However, a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan also died in this encounter.

According to officials, two senior officers escaped safely during the operation that began on Tuesday night after two terrorists were spotted in Saida Sukhal village. However, their vehicles came under fire. Officials said that terrorists attacked a joint check post in Upper Chhatragala area on Bhadarwah-Pathankot road in Doda district late Tuesday night, in which five soldiers of the National Rifles were killed and a Special Police Officer (SPO) was injured. Traffic on the highway has been blocked due to the operation being carried out to search for the terrorists.
