Four wheels of goods train derail between Barsoi and Sudhani

Katihar, 11 October (Hindustan Reporter). Four wheels of a goods train derailed on Thursday night near SK 360 label crossing gate between Barsoi and Sudhani under Katihar Railway Division. Due to this incident the down line was blocked.

Taking immediate action, the railway administration sent a team of ART special railway officers from Katihar to the spot. According to the information received, the DBKM wagon was empty and was coming towards Katihar, due to which there was no casualty or damage in the incident.

The railway administration is working to restore the down line. Due to this incident, some trains operating at night will be diverted from Bhaya Sanauli Salmari route. DRM Katihar has given instructions to investigate the incident. Railway administration said that train operations will be restored within 2 hours.
