Four players from UP in Indian handball team, sports lovers happy


Lucknow, July 10 (HS). Mohammad Tauheed of Uttar Pradesh has been appointed the coach of the entire Indian youth handball team for the Youth and Junior Men's IHF Trophy (Zone-2 Asia) organized in Jaipur. Out of the four players from UP who made it to the Indian team selected for this tournament, Suyash Awasthi of Lucknow and Manish Yadav of Gorakhpur have been selected in the youth team. Apart from this, Gyan Gaurav and Manvendra Yadav of Gorakhpur have been selected in the Indian Junior Handball Team.

On the selection of four players in the Indian team, Uttar Pradesh Handball Association President Alka Das, General Secretary Dr. Anandeshwar Pandey, farmer Vinay Kumar Singh and Joint Secretary Dr. Syed Rafat Zubair Rizvi along with other officials wished the Indian team for its best performance. Along with this, best wishes to all the players. Along with this, the coach of the Indian youth team was appointed and coach Mohammad Tauheed was also appreciated at Lucknow's KD Singh Babu Stadium. Mohammad Tauheed has previously been the coach of the Indian handball team four times. Handball Association India's General Secretary Tejraj Singh, while announcing the Indian team, said that the Youth and Junior Men's IHF Trophy (Zone-2 Asia) will be held in Jaipur (Rajasthan) from 10 to 14 July.
