West Champaran (Bagaha), 3 March (H.I.S.). Four OPs of Bagaha police district were upgraded to police stations on Sunday, which include Patkhauli, Bathwaria, Bhairoganj and Chiutanha OPs. Patkhauli OP was upgraded to Assistant Police Station by Superintendent of Police Sushant Kumar Saroj, while Bhairoganj OP was inaugurated and upgraded to Assistant Police Station by Sub-Divisional Police Officer Bagaha Kumar Devendra, while Bathwaria OP was upgraded to Police Inspector Ramnagar Rajesh Kumar. Inaugurated. It was ceremoniously inaugurated by upgrading the OP to the police station.
SP Sushant Kumar Saroj said at the time of inauguration that by upgrading from OP to police station, criminal activities will be controlled and law and order maintenance will be strengthened. Due to security reasons, these four OPs of the district have been upgraded as police stations. This will not only help in stopping criminal incidents but will also speed up the execution of cases.
It is worth noting that the above four OPs were in operation for almost four decades, but now with the upgrading of the police station, it will provide a lot of convenience to the police officials as well as the people of the area.
