Four including sister-in-law and sister-in-law died in Bulandshahr road accident

Bulandshahr, 22 November (Hindustan Reporter). An auto and a canter collided late on Thursday night in Kotwali Dehat area. Four people, including sister-in-law and sister-in-law of the auto, died in the accident. The people traveling in the auto were returning from the Haldi ceremony at the wedding ceremony. The police sent the bodies for post-mortem and took the injured to the hospital. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of the incident and directed the officials to reach the spot and provide all possible help to the victims.

Gangavati (70), a resident of Kudwal Banaras in Dehat Kotwali, had gone to Machkauli village on Thursday to participate in the Haldi ritual program to be held before the marriage of relative Ajay’s sister. Apart from his sister-in-law Rajendri (55), daughter-in-law Radha, Vishanvati, Mamta, Bharti and Savita were present with him. Tikam Singh of Auta village was driving it.

After the program was over, everyone was returning from auto on Thursday night. The canter (UP-16 ET 3593) coming from Gulavathi hit the auto in front of a liquor vend near the village. In the accident, Gangavati and her sister-in-law Rajendri died on the spot. Meanwhile, daughter-in-law Radha and another youth died in the hospital. The villagers started creating ruckus after the incident.

After the information, ADM Administration Dr. Prashant Kumar, SP City Shankar Prasad reached with other police forces. The police took the canter driver into custody. After pacifying the angry people by assuring them of action, the bodies were sent for post-mortem.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of the road accident in the district. He has expressed his condolences to the bereaved families of the deceased. The district administration officials have given instructions to immediately take the injured to the hospital and provide them proper treatment.
