Four devotees killed in collision with STA car near Shirur

Mumbai: On the occasion of Ekadashi, when the vehicles of devotees who had come for Deshdarshan from Srigonda were turning, then S.T. In this incident, four divers died on the way, while three divers were seriously injured. The accident happened on Saturday near Dhavalgaon on the road from Shrigonda to Shirur. After getting information about the incident, police and villagers arrived for help and took the injured to the government hospital in Shirur.

According to the information received in this regard, a total of eight devotees from Pargaon of Sri Gonda taluka of Ahmednagar had come in a car for Sadhi Devdarshan on the occasion of Ekadashi. After darshan these people went back to Srigonda. Meanwhile, a candidate had to go to Pune, so he left for Pune. A total of seven passengers in the car set out to go back home and their car was on Sri Gonda-Shirur road when their car collided head-on with an ST going from Shirur to Belwandi near Dhavalgaon. In this Gamkhwar accident, Vice President of Pargaon Seva Sansthan Vishwanath Laxman Navare (55), institute member Hari Tukaram Ladkat (60), Gram Panchayat member Bhausaheb Madke (55) and Dattatraya Khetmalis (60) died, while Vitthal Dhole died in the accident. Ranganath Khetmalis (36), Rohidas Sangle (72), who were sitting in the car with him, died and were immediately taken to a hospital in Shirur.
