Firozabad, 17 October (HIST). Former state government minister Ashok Yadav got bail from the court on Thursday in a case 7 years ago. A case was registered against him under the Representation of the People Act in Police Station North.
On January 9, 17, Police Station North had registered a case against former state government minister and former MLA Ashok Yadav under the Representation of the People Act. In the case registered, it was alleged that the former MLA had organized a seminar in the hotel without taking permission. When the police went there, they saw that former MLA Ashok Yadav was addressing 60 to 70 people. Police said that despite the Model Code of Conduct being in force, they did not follow it. An offense has been found against him under the Representation of the People Act 1951.
Former minister Ashok Yadav's advocate Rajesh Kulshrestha said that former minister Ashok Yadav had filed a bail petition in the court in this case. The hearing of the bail petition was held in the court of Additional Chief Justice Magistrate, Special Magistrate MP MLA Nidhi Yadav I. He said the prosecution opposed the bail. Whereas the former minister said that he has not committed any crime. He has been falsely implicated. After reviewing all the forms, the court released former minister Ashok Yadav on bail.
