The objective of this initiative is to enhance parking as well as other passenger centric facilities at RRTS stations for the convenience of passengers and make the travel experience world class. With this, RRTS stations will become better transportation solutions for passengers as well as commercial centres.

Under this initiative, parking spaces can be augmented with a variety of commercial amenities including outlets, food courts, offices, service apartments and studio apartments. The development of these schemes aims to create multifunctional hubs that not only meet the immediate needs of passengers but also provide space for leisure, work and short-term stays, thereby enriching the overall passenger experience and maximizing the utility of station areas. NCRTC has invited expressions of interest for leasing and developing integrated parking and commercial spaces at six stations strategically located on the RRTS corridor. These stations include DPS Rajnagar Guldhar, Duhai, Murad Nagar, Modi Nagar South, Modi Nagar North and Meerut South.
