Earlier also she has been posted as DSP and SP Rural in the district and she is fully aware of the crimes and criminals of Bundelkhand including the district and its geographical location.
New police captain Sudha Singh held a press conference on Saturday after taking charge late on Friday night. She said that controlling crime will be her first priority. Not only this, controlling cyber fraud and improving traffic will also be her priorities.
Crime and criminals will be curbed. To keep the traffic system in order, coordination will be made with the district administration. Talks will be held with the administration to resolve land disputes in a proper manner. Action will be taken against the occupants while working impartially.
He said that action against land mafia will continue as usual. If anyone encroaches on someone's land, action will be taken against him. Police will try to avoid conspiracies and formalities. Conspiracies to forcibly implicate innocent people will be stopped. He has also appealed to the media for cooperation and suggestions and to stop fake rumours.
