Fix time to meet the public, solve problems quickly: Minister Dr. Shah | News India

Bhopal, 29 August (HS). Tribal Affairs and Jhabua District In-charge Minister Dr. Kunwar Vijay Shah held a meeting of District Magistrates in District Panchayat Jhabua on Thursday. In the review meeting, Minister in-charge Dr. Shah directed all the District Magistrates to fix a time to meet the general public. Listen to everyone's problems and solve them as soon as possible. Be sensitive towards the public and stay overnight in the village, so that problems can be permanently resolved.

Minister-in-charge Dr. Shah reviewed the departmental schemes by discussing one to one with all the departmental officers. He said that Jhabua district has to be taken forward in the direction of development. He instructed the collector to send a proposal to the state government for the establishment of a medical college in Jhabua district. The minister-in-charge said that all the demands related to facilities in the district hospital should be made and sent. The work of repairing the airstrip should also be done on priority.

Minister Dr. Shah directed the District Magistrate to submit the data of irrigation facilities in the district and permanent electricity connections for it. He said that the department should send a proposal for solar panels for installation of solar energy in every farm.

The Fisheries and Horticulture Department was directed to create self-employment opportunities through innovation. Minister-in-charge Dr Shah said that tribal brothers and sisters should be encouraged for fish farming.

Assistant Commissioner Tribal Affairs gave information about the innovations being done by the department in the district. He informed that an initiative has been taken to make caste certificates of children at the school level in the district. Along with this, efforts are also being made to reconnect school drop out students with the mainstream of education.

Regional Lok Sabha MP Anita Nagar Singh Chauhan, District Panchayat President Sonal Jaswant Bhabar, Collector Neha Meena and other local public representatives and all District Magistrates were present in the meeting.
