Indian Railways Vande Bharat Sleeper Train: Preparations to start the sleeper version of Vande Bharat from Bhopal are in the final stages. Senior DCM Saurabh Kataria said that the first consignment of Vande Bharat Sleeper train will reach Bhopal by the end of November. Its trial will be conducted till the last week of November. Two types of racks are being brought for this.
There will be 8 coaches in the first train
The first train will be Vande Bharat seating train with eight coaches. The second Vande Bharat sleeper will have 20 coaches. Another Vande Bharat sleeper running between Delhi and Mumbai will also pass through Bhopal. Vande Bharat Sleeper with 20 coaches will be run between Rani Kamlapati and Patliputra (Patna). Vande Bharat with eight coaches will run between Bhopal and Lucknow.
Lucknow Vande Bharat rake is going to be available by the last week of November, after which the train can be operated in the second week of December.
The first Vande Bharat sleeper train will run for Lucknow and Patliputra.
Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Kataria said that Bhopal Division is going to get two rakes of Vande Bharat Express, which will run between Lucknow and Patliputra.
Orders given regarding preparation
Bhopal division officials have received orders and instructions to make preparations regarding Sleeper Vande Bharat. For this, a team will be formed by the board. Train pilots, guards and maintenance staff will also be included in this team. RKMP-Patliputra Sleeper Vande Bharat Express will be a train of Bhopal Railway Division.
This could be the program
Vande Bharat Sleeper train is expected to depart from Rani Kamalapati Railway Station around 5 pm. This train will reach Patliputra around 11 am the next day. Similarly, sleeper Vande Bharat Express will cover the distance of 1005 kilometers from RKMP station to Patliputra station in about 18 hours. The speed of this train will be more than 160 kilometers.
When will the train run?
According to Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Kataria, Bhopal Division is going to get two rakes of Vande Bharat Express. These will be run between Lucknow and Patliputra. But no fixed date has been fixed for this yet. But the rack will arrive by the end of November. After this, a one-week trial will be conducted and then operations will be started.
