First randomization of EVMs completed in 52 districts of Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal, 22 March (HS). In the context of Lok Sabha elections- 2024, the first randomization has been completed in 52 districts of Madhya Pradesh. Of these, the first randomization process of EVMs in 18 districts was completed on Friday. Earlier on March 21, the process of randomization was completed in 34 districts. This information was given by the Chief Electoral Officer of the state Anpum Rajan.

He said that the process of EVM randomization took place in the presence of authorized representatives of recognized national political parties and Collectors and District Election Officers. After the completion of the randomization process, these machines have been allotted assembly constituency wise. EVMs have been kept safe in the strong room of the assembly constituency.

He said that the first phase of EVM randomization was completed on Friday in Indore, Alirajpur, Jhabua, Khargone, Barwani, Dhar, Khandwa, Burhanpur, Ujjain, Dewas, Shajapur, Ratlam, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Agar Malwa, Panna, Guna and Shahdol districts. Went. Whereas in the remaining districts this work was done a day before.
