Fire broke out outside the sealed building of LDA

Lucknow, 01 March (HS). Hazratganj Fire Service Station personnel extinguished the fire outside the sealed building of Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) on Friday. According to fire service personnel, pieces of paper and old sheets collected outside the building for a few days suddenly caught fire and due to which the flames reached the wires of the building. The fire was brought under control after receiving information.

LDA had sealed a commercial building in Hussainganj area a few days ago. People started throwing garbage outside the sealed building. For the past few days, nearby shopkeepers had also started throwing old goods from their shops outside the building. In which some unknown person threw some inflammable object, due to which the spark took the form of fire.

Chief Fire Service Officer Mangesh Kumar said that in the morning, three fire service vehicles were sent to the spot after receiving information about a fire in a building. The personnel did not have to work as hard when the vehicles reached the spot. The information about fire in the building was not correct. The fire started outside the building, which was extinguished within a few minutes. When the fire subsided, people nearby heaved a sigh of relief.
