Ranchi, 04 December (HS). A fire broke out in the building located on Lalji-Hirji Road in Kotwali police station area on Wednesday. Another shop located near Madras Cafe also caught fire. There was chaos at the spot after the fire incident.
As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot and informed the fire department about the incident. Four fire fighting vehicles reached the spot and are trying to extinguish the fire. It is being told that the fire broke out in the building due to short circuit. The extent of loss caused in the fire incident will be known only after assessment. At present, fire fighting vehicles are trying hard to extinguish the fire. There is no report of any casualty due to the fire.
Kotwali Inspector Ranjit Kumar Sinha said that there was a fire in the building located near Madras Cafe. Fire brigade vehicles are trying to extinguish the fire.
